was ceremoniously inaugurated in Daoxianglou Hotel. Present at the

Principals from related provincial organizations, related central
organizations concerned are stationed in Anhui, main press organizations,
37 enterprises under the supervision of the commission, 17 municipal
economic and trade commissions, commerce bureaus and state-owned assets
offices, various departments and offices of the former provincial
economic and trade commission and enterprise working committee and
trades associations and immediate subordinates under the provincial
state-owned assets commission attended the conference. Wu Jiuhui presided
at the conference and delivered a speech.
Zhu Chenglin and Huang Haisong made an important speech respectively
at the conference. Luo Changping, deputy director of the provincial
organization office read out the circular letter of "san ding"
plan related the provincial state-owned assets commission, issued
by the provincial government. Zhu Zhenhua, Fu Zhongjun, accredited
person assigned to Anhui by Ministry of Finance, Wang Jianlin, standing
member of Hefei municipal Party committee, standing vice mayor and
Zuo Yanan, board chairman of Jianghuai Automobile Group expressed
their congratulations one after another.
Yang Zhenchao made an appreciation speech. He said, the founding of
the provincial state-owned assets commission marks that state-owned
assets management system reform in Anhui province enters into a new
stage. As a specially founded organization immediately under the provincial
government and authorized by the government, the commission performs
state-owned assets investor's duty on behalf of the provincial government,
supervises and manages enterprise state-owned assets by laws on the
principal of integrating right, duty and responsibility and combining
assets management, personnel management and affairs management, safeguards
investor's rights and interests of state-owned assets; ensures the
maintenance and appreciation of state-owned assets value. The founded
Party committee of the provincial state-owned assets commission is
responsible for the Party building, discipline inspection and cadre
management of supervised enterprises with the provincial government's
authorization. He pointed out, state-owned assets supervision and
administration is a completely new cause, with exploratory and risk
nature and faced with many new tasks and also many challenges and
opportunities. The tasks are glorious but also arduous. He expressed,
under the correct leadership and supervision of the provincial Party
committee, government, people's congress and people's political consultative
conference, the commission will certainly focus on the great goal
"to accelerate development, make people rich the province powerful
and build a well-off society in all-round way", firmly foster
and carry out scientific development view and adhere to be human-oriented
and faithfully carry out the important thoughts of "Three Represents",
further inspire enthusiasm, exploit, innovate and do a solid job.
In completely new thoughts and reform spirits, explore new methods,
build up a new image, initiate a new situation with full working enthusiasm
and good performance to ensure the maintenance and appreciation of
the state-owned assets value and healthy growth of the state-owned
economy and make a new contribution to accelerating realization of
"861" plan and fostering quick growth of the entire provincial
economy.
