Zheng Delin, deputy secretary of the Party committee and secretary
of discipline inspection committee of the provincial state-owned assets
commission presides at the conference and raises specific requirements
for conducting a campaign to combat corruption and build a clean government.

In the morning of May 25 2004, the provincial state-owned assets
commission held cautionary and educational mobilization conference
to combat corruption and build a clean government. Some members
of the Party committee and cadres at upper level from the commission,
and all staff members from former provincial economic and trade
commission, cadres at upper level from immediate trade associations
and subordinates under the commission were present at the conference.
Zheng Delin presided at the conference. At the conference, Zhang
Wansong, full-time deputy secretary of the Party committee of the
immediate departments and organizations of former provincial economic
and trade commission transmitted arrangement suggestion on using
typical case of Wang Huaizhong's violating law and discipline to
conduct a cautionary and educational campaign to combat corruption
and build a clean government. The suggestion is made by the Party
committee of the commission. Zheng Delin, on behalf of discipline
inspection committee of the commission raised specific requirements
on deeply conducting a campaign to combat corruption and build a
clean government. Participators also watched cautionary and educational
video named "Wang Huaizhong's two-sided life" during the
conference.
