| Brief introduction
to Anhui Forklift Group Company |

Anhui Forklift Group Company is a state-owned
large first-grade enterprise and an import-export
self-operated enterprise. It is a base of forklift
production, scientific research and export in China
and one of 18 key enterprise groups in Anhui.
Its predecessor is Hefei Hoist Transportation Machinery
Factory£¬which was founded in 1958. It was expanded
and renamed Hefei Heavy Machinery Factory in 1971.
The name of ¡°Hefei Forklift Factory¡± was started
in 1984 while the name of ¡°Hefei Heavy Machinery
Factory¡± was being used. Hefei Forklift General
Factory was officially founded in March 1988. Anhui
Forklift Group Company was founded in November 1992.
In September 1993, the group¡¯s core - Hefei Forklift
General Company conducted stock system reorganization
with the operating assets and exclusively launched
Anhui Heli Joint-stock Co., Ltd. in a directed fund
raise form. Anhui Heli Joint-stock Co., Ltd. was
successfully listed on the stock market in September
1996.
Anhui Heli Joint-stock Co., Ltd. takes the road
of acquisition and combination and develops economies
of scale. In January 1996, it took Anqing Axle Factory
over; in May 1997, acquired Bengbu Hydraulic Machinery
Factory; in May of the same year, acquired Baoji
No. 4 Forklift Factory and renamed it Baoji Heli
Forklift Factory.
At present, Anhui Forklift Group Company owns 3
full-stock subsidiary companies, 14 holding subsidiary
companies, 3 participating subsidiary companies
and 5 branch companies.
Anhui Forklift Group Corporation is a high-tech
enterprise. After multi-phase technical innovation,
it has preliminarily built a forklift flexile manufacture
system based on CN equipment and CAD/CAM/CAPP/MRR-II
and a robust quality system. It has passed ISO9001
quality system certification and CE safety certification
in accordance with European standard. The company
produces and markets engineering machinery such
as forklift, wrecker and loader. It has shifted
its leading product from the introduced forklift
to H2000-type series forklift with the completely
self-owned intellectual property and in modern international
level. The products are exported to over 40 countries
and regions such as USA and Germany.
