Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd. is
one of 15 key enterprise groups that belong to Anhui
province. The group¡¯s registered capital is 0.25
billion Yuan. In May 1997, Hefei Jianghuai Automobile
Manufacturing Factory was completely reformed into
Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd with the
approval of Anhui provincial government. at the
same time, the group was established as the core
and ¡°Jianghuai¡± brand automobile as the leading
product, and Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group was
founded in line with the principle of equality and
reciprocity. In September 1999, as a principal initiator,
Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., Ltd. set up
the ¡°Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Joint-stock Co.,
Ltd.¡± and established it as the mainframe production
enterprise of Jianghuai automobile group. Under
the group¡¯s united plan, all the member enterprises
have made quite great progress ranked among the
first army group in integral automobile enterprises
in China.
At present, Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group has
over 60 member enterprises. Among them are one parent
company, i.e. Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co.,
Ltd. and 18 subsidiary companies. Among the 18 subsidiary
companies are 3 full-stock companies and 6 holding
companies.
