| Brief introduction
to Anhui Provincial Tourism Group Co., Ltd. |

Anhui Provincial Tourism Group Co., Ltd. was founded
in 1995 with the provincial government. It implements
management mode – “government-enterprise combination”
with the provincial tourism bureau. It is mainly
responsible for assets operation of 4 full stock
enterprises, Anhui Provincial International Travel
Agency, Anhui Branch of China Tourism service Company,
Anhui Provincial Tourism Foreign Auto general Company
and Anhui Provincial Promotion Center, and 3 participating
enterprises, Anhui Hotel, Huadong Grand Hotel (Shanghai)
and Huayuan Hotel (Huangshan). In December 2001,
the group company was separated from the provincial
tourism bureau and handed over to the provincial
enterprise work commission for administration.
The group company is a state-owned exclusively-funded
holding one, taking the assets operation as its
principal business. The scope of the business is
assets operation, tourism and reception, tourism
resource investment and development, tourism product
research, development and sale, tourism transport,
information consultation and etc.
In accordance with requirements of the provincial
party commission and government to make the provincial
tourism group company lager and more powerful as
soon as possible, the group company will fully rely
on tourism resources in Anhui, effectively integrate
existing resources, strive hard to broaden resources,
strengthen enterprise management, advance various
reforms, and gradually enter into track of intensive
operation, scientific management and maximized profit.
