have formed Anhui Provincial Investment Group Co.,
Ltd. It is a state-owned exclusively founded company,
subordinating to the provincial government. The
company¡¯s registered capital is 1.22 billion RMB
yuan. It is a large first-grade enterprise.
The scope of the business is: the raising, management
and operation of Anhui provincial infrastructure
fund, railway construction fund and other construction
fund, industrial investment, capital operation,
investment consultation service, material supply
and product marketing of related investment projects,
integrated development and operation and etc.
In accordance with the requirements of the economic
development strategy, industrial policy and regional
plan, which are defined by the state and provincial
government, operate and manage operating infrastructure
fund at the provincial level, fulfill the maintenance
