| Brief introduction
to Shanghai Anhui Yuan Industrial General Company |

With the approval of Anhui Provincial People¡¯s
Government, Shanghai Anhui Yuan Industrial General
Company was invested by the provincial government
and registered in Pudong, Shanghai. The scope of
the business includes domestic and foreign trade,
production and processing, building construction,
real estate, property management and etc.
Yuan general company is the first (state-owned)
enterprise in China that has entered into Pudong
from the outside after the CPC Central Commission
and the State Council announced to develop and open
Pudong to the outside world. In 1990, the CPC Central
Commission and the State Council decided to develop
and open Pudong to the outside world. After considering
the situation and conscientiously studying and analyzing
the brought opportunity and impacted influence by
Pudong¡¯s development and opening-up to the outside
world, Anhui Provincial CPC Commission and Government
decided to found Yuan General Company and prepare
to construct Yuan mansion. Later, the investment
was added to build Jinqiao export processing area
and Yuan Yingzhan Building in Waigaoqiao. A foundation
was laid for Yuan mansion on June 24 1991, and it
was delivered for the use in June 1995.
Yuan mansion is located in the intersection of Dongfang
road within Lujiazui financial and trade area, Zhangyang
road and C axes in Pudong, a very advantageous geographic
position. The mansion occupies a land of 6000 m2.
The construction area is 37000 m2. It is a 31-story.
The total investment is about 280 million RMB yuan.
The mansion has multiple functions such as office
rooms, stores, show halls, restaurants and bars,
security trade. It is Anhui¡¯s economic and trade
activity center in Shanghai.
