| Brief Introduction
to Anhui Wanzhong Group Co. Ltd. |

Approved by Anhui provincial government in December
1996, Anhui Wanzhong Group Co. Ltd. was empowered
to operate the state-owned assets. As a major investor
to the provincial prison enterprises, it enjoys
investor¡¯s right, and takes responsibility for the
maintenance and appreciation of the state-owned
assets value to the provincial government. After
its establishment, in accordance with the requirements
of ¡°clear property right, clear right and responsibility,
separation of administration and production, scientific
management¡±, it has gradually conducted corporate
system reform of subordinates with property right
as a link. It owns now 15 solely- funded subordinates
whose business covers a lot of fields, like railway
fastening, vehicle forged piece, medium and low
pressure valves, textile, printing and dyeing, chemical
industry, building material, clothing, printing,
agriculture, hotel, tourism, real-estate development,
export and finance.
The registered capital of the Corporation amounts
to 300.55million yuan, with 15 companies directly
under its leadership. They produce over 40 kinds
of product, among which, medium and low pressure
valves, railway fastening, yarn-dyed fabric, rubber
tube, high quality rice have been both exported
to more than 30 countries and regions in North America,
West Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East
and sold in 30 provinces domestically. Some products
were awarded titles of ¡° famous-brand product of
Anhui¡±, such as Baihu medium and low pressure valves,
Chaohu railway fastening, Huaiguang rubber tube,
Wuying clothing, and Baihu rice has been honored
both ¡°national free-examination food¡± and ¡°Anhui
safe grain and oil¡±. Some of these enterprises have
become a technical center at provincial level. Thirteen
companies have acquired ISO9000 quality system certification,
which account for 90% of all its companies, therefore
it has been awarded the title of ¡°provincial advanced
enterprise on quality management¡±. Furthermore,
it filled in the gap to develop and produce series
of vehicle front axle with advanced technological
level at home.
