Welcome to the website of the State-owned Assets Supervision and
Management Commission of Anhui Provincial People¡¯s Government.
As a provincial specially established institution directly under the
provincial government, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Management
Commission of Anhui Provincial People¡¯s Government has been organized
and formed in accordance with the spirit on deepening the state-owned
assets management system reform put forward in the report of the 16th
CPC National Congress and in line with institutional reform scheme
of Anhui Provincial People¡¯s Government. According to the authorization
of Anhui Provincial People¡¯s Government and in accordance with such
laws and statutes as ¡°Corporate Law of the People's Republic of China¡±
and ¡°Provisional Statutes on the State-owned Assets Supervision and
Management¡±, the commission performs investor¡¯s duty, supervises and
manages the state-owned assets in enterprises by laws, fulfills the
maintenance and appreciation of state assets value; guides and advances
state-owned enterprise reform and strategic adjustment of state-owned
economic layout, establishes talent¡¯s selection and utilization mechanism
in line with requirements of the socialist market economic system
and modern enterprise system; integrates rights, duties and responsibilities,
and integrates assets management, personnel management and affairs
management, safeguards investor¡¯s rights and interests of state-owned
assets; guides and supervises administrative departments of state-owned
assets in all prefectures and cities by laws.
As an important tool to implement state-owned assets supervision and
management, an important window to show a new image of state-owned
enterprises in reform and development and a bridge to link enterprises
and all circles in the society, our website will take the important
thought of ¡°Three Represents¡± as a guide, lay stress on the objectives
of the openness, high efficiency and service for enterprises, energetically
advance electronic government and enterprise information construction
and unremittingly improve the supervision and management level of
state-owned assets.
